Beautiful bracelet, very good quality and arrived really quickly

Hi,
I recently purchased the tiger bracelet and the delivery was great- received it within two days.

However, I’ve noticed that the tiger design on the bracelet is very sharp. The tail and leg edges catch on my clothing and have actually scratched me a few times. I really like the bracelet, but the sharp parts make it difficult to wear safely.
I can provide photos if needed.
Could you please advise on a solution or next steps?

Ordered necklace for my wife for her bday. Didn't receive the necklace on the delivery date specified. Reached out to discuss a possible refund however they offered to send out another necklace with no extra charge, even put it on a 24hr fast track delivery.

I have received the necklace and I'm chuffed to bits with it and on time for my wife's bday.

I have ordered from Mylee twice now and both times they have been exceptional! I ordered beautiful westie dog earrings for my mum for Christmas 2024. She recently lost one a few days before her birthday and was heartbroken, coming only a few weeks after my Dad passed away (the westie was their pet dog).

They were amazing! I ordered another pair and emailed to ask if they could post out straight away and explained the urgency. I had a message back just a short time later to say they would be posted that day. Earrings came two days later and in time for my mum’s birthday! It was fabulous to see the smile on mum’s face! Thank you so much. The earrings are beautiful and she adores them. Wonderful service, wonderful jewellery!

I received a beautiful gold English Bull Dog charm for my birthday. Unfortunately, I had a small issue where the charm came apart from the slider. I love this charm so much and it means so much to me. I contacted Customer Services and Libby got back in touch with me so quickly! This necklace is stunning, it came 2 days after I ordered it so very fast. I didn’t expect it to come out as good as it did very good price and really love how I can have my dog with me every where I go and just love the quality and couldn’t ask for better.

This is not the first time I order from Mylee London and cannot praise them enough for the beautiful and bespoke items they create. I absolutely love it and would like to add that their customer service is absolutely amazing (which quite often a rare thing with other retailers). The other day I have list a charm from my bracelet so I messaged them to enquire about the cost of replacing the charm. They have got back to me next day saying that they will replace it free of charge (yes, absolutely free) if the bracelet gets send to them. Luckily I found the charm later on and my partner has fixed it, but i was really pleased with such a nice gesture from Mylee London hence why I am writing this review. Highly recommend their services and will definitely order from them again in the future.
