Some pieces come with a tag we engrave with a name, a date or a short message, including our heart and star bracelets and our paw print jewellery. You'll see the option on the product page. If you'd like something engraved on a piece that doesn't show it, email us and we'll do what we can.

Yes. Every piece is put together by hand in our Hertfordshire workshop, so we can make it your way, for example two charms on one bracelet. Email info@myleelondon.com and tell us what you have in mind.

Yes. Our charms and pendants are solid 925 sterling silver, and our necklace chains are recycled sterling silver. Gold pieces are sterling silver plated in 14k gold.

Yes. All our sterling silver jewellery comes in a MYLEE London jewellery box. Want it ready to give? Choose our gift wrap option for a black gift box with a pre-tied ribbon and a gift tag.

Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Next day delivery is available at checkout.

Jewellery bought from us comes with a lifetime warranty. If a piece becomes faulty, we'll repair it, or replace it if a repair isn't possible, free of charge. Email us with a photo before sending anything back.

Take your jewellery off before swimming, showering or using cleaning products, and store it in its box when you're not wearing it. Every sterling silver order comes with a free silver polishing cloth to bring back the shine.
