Ordered necklace for my wife for her bday. Didn't receive the necklace on the delivery date specified. Reached out to discuss a possible refund however they offered to send out another necklace with no extra charge, even put it on a 24hr fast track delivery.
I have received the necklace and I'm chuffed to bits with it and on time for my wife's bday.

I love finding small businesses to use. Because in the main, you know you are going to get top notch service. I stumbled across these lovely lot online, looking for a bespoke, and unique cosmetic bag for her indoors. I had the pleasure of dealing with Libby, as I had to enquire about something. The reply was fantastically personable and quick. To the point where Libby told me the item would be out to me in the post that very day! She was brilliantly true to her word, and it came the very next day, which was made even more awesome by the fact it was a personalised item too!
