Our Grasslands range
Our newest range is based on the animals we see around our Hertfordshire workshop. The badger, fox, hedgehog and squirrel are sterling silver finished with coloured enamel, as charms and necklaces. We can design a one-off charm from a photo. Bespoke pieces start from £49 and take around 6 weeks once the design is agreed. Get in touch and send us a photo.
Common questions
What's the difference between a clip on and a slider charm?
Our animal charms come in two styles. A clip on charm has a clasp, so it clips onto a charm bracelet, a keyring or a bag. A slider charm has no clasp and slides onto a Pandora style bracelet, a keyring or a chain.
Will a slider charm fit my Pandora bracelet?
Yes. Our slider charms are made to fit Pandora style bracelets.
Can I add a name?
Some of our necklaces and bracelets come with a tag we engrave with a name, a date or a short message. You'll see the option on the product page. If you'd like something engraved on a piece that doesn't show it, email us and we'll do what we can.
Can you make a custom piece?
Yes. Every piece is put together by hand in our Hertfordshire workshop, so we can make it your way, for example two charms on one bracelet or a mix of animals. Email info@myleelondon.com and tell us what you have in mind.
Is it real silver?
Yes. Our charms and pendants are solid 925 sterling silver, and our necklace chains are recycled sterling silver. Our Grasslands pieces are sterling silver finished with coloured enamel. Gold pieces are sterling silver plated in 14k gold.
Does it come gift boxed?
Yes. All our sterling silver jewellery comes in a MYLEE London jewellery box. Silver plated pieces come in a window box or a pouch.

When will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Next day delivery is available at checkout.
What if something goes wrong with my jewellery?
Jewellery bought from us comes with a lifetime warranty. If a piece becomes faulty, we'll repair it, or replace it if a repair isn't possible, free of charge. Email us with a photo before sending anything back.
Can I return it?
You'll find the returns details for each piece on its product page, and our full returns policy here. Personalised pieces are made just for you, so they can't usually be returned for a full refund, but we can often offer a partial refund.
How do I keep my silver looking shiny?
Take your jewellery off before swimming, showering or using cleaning products, and store it in its box when you're not wearing it. Every sterling silver order comes with a free silver polishing cloth to bring back the shine.
