Our animal charms come in two styles. A clip on charm has a clasp, so it clips onto a charm bracelet, a keyring, a bag or zip, or even your pet's collar. A slider charm has no clasp and slides onto a Pandora style bracelet, a keyring or a chain.

Yes. Our slider charms are made to fit Pandora style bracelets.

Yes, there are a few ways to do it:

• More than one tag: on most necklaces and bracelets you can choose extra tags from the drop-down and add a name for each.
• Two names on one tag: choose one tag and we'll engrave one name on the front and one on the back. Just type your personalisation as Front: and Back:.
• More than one charm: we can put two or more charms on the same bracelet or necklace, whether they're the same animal or different ones, and even mix in a dog breed. Email us and we'll make it up for you.

Yes. Every piece is put together by hand in our Hertfordshire workshop, so we can make it your way: two charms on one bracelet, a mix of charm sizes, extra tags or a different tag position. Email info@myleelondon.com and tell us what you have in mind.

If you can't see your pet at all, we can design a one-off charm from a photo. Bespoke pieces start from £49 and take around 6 weeks once the design is agreed.

Your pet's name, or a short message or date. If you'd like something longer, or a different position for the tag, email us before you order and we'll help.

The animal charms themselves can't be engraved, only the tags.

Yes. Our charms, pendants and tags are solid 925 sterling silver, and our necklace chains are recycled sterling silver. Gold pieces are sterling silver plated in 14k gold. A small number of charms are silver plated, and these are clearly labelled.

Necklaces come on a chain you can choose from 16 to 24 inches, with a 2 inch extender. Our ball bead bracelets are 19cm and stretch to fit most wrists. Need a different size? Email us with your order number and we'll make it to fit.

Yes. All our sterling silver jewellery comes in a MYLEE London jewellery box. Silver plated pieces come in a window box or a pouch.

Want it ready to give? Choose our gift wrap option for a black gift box with a pre-tied ribbon and a gift tag.

Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are engraved and dispatched the same day. Next day delivery is available at checkout.

Jewellery bought from us comes with a lifetime warranty. If a piece becomes faulty, we'll repair it, or replace it if a repair isn't possible, free of charge. Email us with a photo before sending anything back.

Personalised pieces are made just for you, so they can't usually be returned for a full refund if you change your mind, but we can often offer a partial refund. If anything is faulty or engraved incorrectly, get in touch and we'll put it right.

Take your jewellery off before swimming, showering or using cleaning products, and store it in its box when you're not wearing it. Every sterling silver order comes with a free silver polishing cloth to bring back the shine.
