At Mylee London we are committed to providing high-quality jewellery that lasts a lifetime - and we really mean a lifetime!
With our Lifetime Warranty on our jewellery items, you can be assured that our products are made to last. If, in the unlikely event, your jewellery does become faulty we will repair or replace your item free of charge.
Get in touch with us at info@myleelondon.com with details of the damage to your item and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Please contact us before returning any items to us.
We require a detailed description (and images where possible) of the damage.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for repairs and replacements during busy periods.
We will return the jewellery to you with Royal Mail 2nd Class shipping. We will cover the cost of shipping the item back to you. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item to our workshop in Hertfordshire, UK.
We will always repair the jewellery where possible. Replacements are only offered when repairs are not possible.
Any repairs or replacements are offered at Mylee London’s discretion.
Exclusions:
We cannot repair or replace items free of charge if damaged due to a customer’s improper care, use or handling of the item.
Damage caused by a third party repairing or adjusting the jewellery is not covered.
We do not cover lost or stolen items or parts in our warranty.
We require verified proof of purchase and the item must have been purchased from us directly.
