Shipping policy

 

All orders received weekdays before 12:00 will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12.00 will be dispatched on the next working day.

MYLEE London Ltd cannot be held responsible for any fault in courier services.

UK shipping starts at £3.99. We also offer express postage services.

Standard (2-4 Days) - Amazon 2 Day Delivery - £3.99
Express (1-3 Days) - Amazon 1 Day Delivery - £4.99
Special Delivery by 1pm (Next Day after Dispatch) - £8.99

If Amazon Shipping is not applicable for your address your order will be sent with Royal Mail.

 

International orders can take 3-10 working days dependent on the courier and country.

If for any reason dispatch is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible to confirm a delivery date by email.
Orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been authorised.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item to us following the returns policy below. 

You can return any item purchased within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund, please ensure the item is in its original condition and in its original presentation box with suitable packaging. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

Please print off, complete, and return the Cancellation of Order Form/Return Order Form with your returned item below.

 We cannot accept returns for earrings due to hygiene reasons, and any goods that we personalise at your request.
