I received an email to say one of the eight personalised straws I ordered wasn’t in stock. I was offered two different colours. I had terrible trouble replying to the message, the suggested link at the bottom of my purchase wasn’t there?! I received three further emails closely sent, one to say they hadn’t heard from me, one saying they had refunded the amount for one straw. The third a very kind email saying a replacement straw was being mailed to me. Following frustrations of not being able to get in touch I was really grateful …. Thank you! Straws are great.
