Ordered necklace for my wife for her bday. Didn't receive the necklace on the delivery date specified. Reached out to discuss a possible refund however they offered to send out another necklace with no extra charge, even put it on a 24hr fast track delivery.
I have received the necklace and I'm chuffed to bits with it and on time for my wife's bday.

I stumbled across these lovely lot online, looking for a bespoke, and unique cosmetic bag for her indoors. I had the pleasure of dealing with Libby, as I had to enquire about something.
